We specialize in mastering soundtrack albums for Film and TV composers.
During mastering we balance level and timbre between tracks, and we can add character, depth and create a cohesive sound. While we prefer to respect the natural dynamics of the source material, we can also increase the perceived loudness of the music to make it competitive with other commercial releases. This is a delicate process, since we don’t want to over-process the music or change the original tonal balance. Our philosophy is to apply a thoughtful approach that respects the source material.
